Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court + + which can be used by everyone. 15 min by car to Dyrparken.

Quiet place in dead end road Sun from 07-22:15! There is nice space for two families. 10 min drive from the zoo and the city centre. 5 min walk to timberstø Brygge with restaurant, self-service shop, ice cream bar and boat rental. It is 2km to the big Coop Mega store. There are many nice playgrounds in the area, and football field and ball binge 2 min walk away. The house has 4 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed and a double mattress available. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room with shower, toilet with sink and toilet.

Lovely house with large terrace 5 meters from the sea built in 2020. Good swimming opportunities in warm bay close to Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike to the city center. 15 minutes by car to the Zoo. - A bedroom with double bed - A bedroom with a single bed - A bedroom with bunk bed for two children - TV room with double sofa bed Afternoon sun until 21:00 in the summer can be enjoyed from the veranda overlooking the bay. The house is self-contained from 12 solar panels during the daytime in the summer.

We rent out our cozy single-family home in a quiet area overlooking Gillsvann, 300m from the beach in water, 600m to the sea. 4 bedrooms + TV lounge with daybed (160x270) + loft living room with sofa bed. 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, open kitchen-dining room with room for 20. Sleeps 10 + baby bed and/or mattress. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, gas grill, garden room with lounge, 250sqm lawn with trampoline. Short distance to nice bathing areas in fresh water and sea. 11 min to Dyreparken. Rented to families with children!

Unique villa w/ good sun conditions and amazing views

In this spacious and unique villa the whole party will have a comfortable stay :) Take a relaxing bath in the bathtub with your favorite series on the TV, lighthouse up the sauna, play table tennis, try the homemade house hanging from the living room roof, enjoy the sun from morning to late night on one of the terraces, find garden games, take a quick walk (about 3 min) down to the beach, cook on the spacious kitchen island (or fire up the barbecue outside!) while you look at the view - here are the opportunities many! Modern villa with a view for rent in Sørlandet !

Large house on 2 floors totaling 290 sqm with large outdoor area and lovely views. Only want to rent to families with children and the villa is perfect for two families. From the house of Kristiansand centre, Aquarama, Dyreparken and Hamresanden it is about 25 minutes away. The house is located on top of Vennesla, 5min by car to the city center. The "Mila" hiking trail with fresh water bathing areas is 200m away. There are basically 4 bedrooms, ellesareain 1 floor. and cozy TV room in 2 floors.

The room features two beds, one with a white frame and floral bedding, and the other with a grey quilt. Natural light floods in through a large window, casting a soft glow across the space, which is painted in calming blue.
