Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1 x double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x infant travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. A large garden with a trampoline, a forest garden, and a stream with a small waterfall invite you to explore. The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna
