Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kraljevica

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the place for a week and are super satisfied! The location is great – quiet and yet close to the beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and it really has everything you need. You feel right at home. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

I recommend this Airbnb, it is clean, well-equipped and then an incredible view. Marjan and his wife are very kind and responsive. The accommodation is well located, the city center is not far by car and has good restaurants.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron…) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

We felt very comfortable at Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches, and things to do. We will be happy to come back !

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.
