Romantic attic apartment for couples, singles & workation in Dithmarschen/SH! The open living and bathroom concept offers a lot of opportunity for togetherness & space to work. The toilet is located in a separate room. From the living-bedroom, guests have an unobstructed view of the shower area. The furnishings have been lovingly produced by us. Newly decorated and renovated one-room apartment. Equipped with a 2-burner stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. Wardrobe and box spring bed, table and 2 chairs. Shower room /toilet round off the apartment. Not very big, but everything in it. It is possible to sit outside or use the terrace. For those interested, I would also like to mention that our house and the one-room apartment Kiek in are supplied with self-produced electricity. That is a battery buffer installed.

Cozy living in a separate apartment. Location: Our apartment is in the heart of the Eiderstedt peninsula on the Schleswig-Holstein North Sea coast. St. Peter-Ording, the district cities of Husum and Heide are only about 25 km away. The small port town of Tönning, (Eidermündung), has ample shopping and is only 3 km away. There is a swimming beach and swimming pool. The Eiderstedt Peninsula has a very good network of bike paths.

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 sqm for 2 ( to 4) people on 2 levels - on the light-flooded upper floor is the sleeping area. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door- the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the paints are from chalk age, the water-based paints.
