The apartment is located in a beautiful UP area in a new area away from the noise of the city, but close enough. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for life. Comfort is added by a large balcony with furniture and private private entrance. The nearest airport is just a 15-minute walk away. Around the entire river, there are natural views and several swimming spots. In addition to the mother river, the apartment is close to the ERM and an upside-down house. Beautiful Town Hall and downtown just 10 min drive away.

Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Place as described! Nice compact minihouse that reminds me of a three-story caravan. The host was great! As you can see from the map, place is a bit further from the center of Tartu. But with a car it’s not a problem. Also notice that you should have a good mobility to move around the house. The place doesn’t felt claustrofobic since everything was quite open but you should watch your steps (and if you have a child with you, extra pair of eyes are nice). For us, this tiny house was just what we needed for our stay! That little playroom was super and our son even slept there :)
