Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

Situated in the 19th century fishermen house, just refurbished in 2021 to the high standard modern vacation unit. Spacious studio Pescador (40sqm) is one of 2 units in Casa Pescador situated on the 2nd floor. Sleeps 2+1 guests. Vibrant Komiza harbour is only 50m away down the narrow street. Seafront Riva is full of cozy caffes, pizzerias and restaurants, ice-cream shops. The beaches are at 200m reach, as well as bank, ATM, bus, post and markets.

Riva is the main hang out area for the locals as well as tourists where bars, cafes, shops, line up and you can sit & enjoy coffee/beers surrounded by rustique buildings of the charming fisherman’s town and the view of the beautiful harbour and Adriatic sea.
