Monthly Rentals in Koloděje

The room was very nice, comfortable and fully equipped. The area was quiet and a good place for walking. The hostess answered questions quickly. The only downsides were the feeling that you were living almost on the street and that the apartment was prepared for my arrival, but for example the shower cabin wasn't cleaned beforehand

We stayed at Ivanas place for one week while we visited family. The host was very warm and welcoming. She showed us around the spotless apartment and explained how everything worked. It is a private road very close bus stops and lots of shops. We were overall very happy with the apartment, our host and location. Will definitely be booking with Ivana again .

The room is gorgeous for the price! Super clean, everything is new! Very far from the center of Prague, 40-50 minutes by car, it's not convenient! The price could be set a little lower for the distance

Martina was super friendly, flexible, and always responded instantly. the apartment looked great and the balcony was super cosy looking!
