Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kolasin

Nevena's apartment is nicely decorated and of high quality. Surroundings is quiet and scenic. We were personally welcomed by Maja, the housekeeper, the communication worked smoothly. The location of the apartment is very nice, quiet on the edge of the forest, and you can still walk to downtown in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and recommend Nevena's apartment!

The Penthouse is very cozy and feels like a proper home. Amazing views. Roger was very accommodating about late check-out and in general really responsive. Location is about 15 min walk from Crno Jezero.

We did not see Aco but we were taken care of by email by a friend Gordana Boljevic and warmly welcomed on site by the charming Aleksandra and her mother. The latter gave us a local specialty made by her: cheese that was divine. ACO's apartment is one of the best we've rented to visit Montenegro. Functional, clean, with undeniable value for money. Nothing is missing: it's very convenient. It is conveniently located for visiting the Kolasin area and in winter to access the ski resort.

Quite and comfortable stay in 15 minutes from city center; nice interior, all the amenities, clean, modern design. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Niksic.

Dusko is a responsive and helpful host. The apartment is comfortable and reaching it was easy thanks to the directions given. It was a pleasure to stay here!!

Perfect location, just a 3min walk to the Town centre. The apartment was easy to find on Google Maps, and had many parking bays. The apartment itself is neat, cosy and contemporary, with all the necessary amenities. Great value for money here.

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. The dryer makes all the difference! The owner is super! In my opinion the best apartment in town!

Excellent stay, last-minute booking following the withdrawal of another accommodation and Igor, as well as his son, was very responsive and clear in his explanations! Well-equipped and well-located accommodation, I would recommend it!

The room was as pictured and described.We were met by a relative of the host.Was a young lad who spoke good English and introduced us to many of the surrounding landscapes.It is also convenient to use the washing machine, it only costs 5 euros.The host's family will help us dry and dry after washing.

Adorable place, and the washing machine and dishwasher was a nice touch. 10 min from anything you need (store, Savin Kuk, Black lake, etc.).

We had a great stay at Nemanja’s place. House is very spacious and well equipped. Beds are super comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. High recommendations!

We had an incredible stay at Jasmina’s place! She was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. The house itself was spotless and had every amenity you could possibly think of. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cosy living space, everything was clearly set up with care and attention to detail. And the sauna? Absolute icing on the cake after a day of exploring! The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from Durmitor National Park and the stunning Black Lake. If you're planning to go white water rafting on the Tara River, it's also ideally located—only about 1 hour and 20 minutes away. We absolutely loved our time here and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Brand new luxury building, all new furniture and appliances, super clean! One thing that we didn’t expect is FREE mini bar in our room as a welcome gift, very nice touch! Only a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants, magnificent views from the balcony! I would truly recommend this place to everyone!

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Milan is a great host. He lives in Kotor, while the house is far away, near Zablyak, so he came to meet us in the airport to give us the keys. Same when we left the house, he came to the place convenient for us to collect the keys back. Milan asked a local person to come to the house and help us switch everything on: water, electricity, heating, which was very helpful. The house is clean, has all conveniences: hot water, electricity and a stove to heat the house, which was lovely. And we loved the wooden design of it, exactly as on the pictures here. The house is located ideally for outdoor activities: biking and hiking routes start straight from the house. Drive to Sedlo (climbing to Bobotov Kook start) is 20 minutes drive, Tara Bridge is also 20 min drive, Cerno Jezero 7 min drive, Zablyak 3 min drive or 15 min walk. Tara river rafting is 1.5 hours drive through a fantastic mountain road and Piva Canyon. One note: you definitely need a car and a GPS device to find the house, it does not have neither street name nor house #. The road is good, only the last 20 meters to the house are not, which was not a problem for Toyota Yaris we rented. The only thing we regret is that we spent only three days in this marvelous place, should have stayed for a week or more.

The stay went very smoothly. There was no problem finding the place. The inside was tidy, the bathroom was very clean, fresh linens, complete kitchen utensils. Separate children's bedroom. A good base, restaurants in the town, shops nearby. I recommend it!

I am very happy with the ❤️ owner's stay very helpful! He helped us rent a car, delicious breakfast at the price of a hotel, nice service and a very friendly atmosphere:) Intimate neighborhood, next to a river that can be relaxed. It's a good idea to stock up on a car and commute to nearby attractions and beautiful places :)

I have no words to describe this place and the beautiful nature that surrounds it. Rajka and her husband are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. It was a real pleasure to spend the night here and especially to have homemade organic food on the terrace overlooking the garden… I'll definitely be back for a longer period
