I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

It was a great stay. Lydia and Goran are great people, very welcoming, very warm and very available. Arriving late Saturday night, we were unable to do the shopping and so they served us a great breakfast on Sunday morning (and also the day of our departure). Fresh fruit and homemade grenadine were in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment located on the 1st floor of the house is beautiful, spacious, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is also an additional studio for rent if you want to come with more people. There is air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries and laundry (I want to clarify this because it is not mentioned in the listing). The geographical location is ideal for the whole center (Ostrog, Niksic, Lake Skadar) and the Adriatic coast (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj...). The trips were about 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. It's a little further for Tara Canyon (2.5 hours) though. A big thank you to Lydia and Goran!

Hans and Ronique welcomed us in their home and gave us great recommendations. Their house is perfect to spend a few days in peace.

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

It was a bit far from downtown, but it's not a problem for people traveling by car. Rather, staying in a serene and beautiful accommodation brought us a lot of happiness. The host was so kind, always responded quickly, and the pan crab made with care tasted good. Beyond highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a very good, albeit short, stay at this property. It was everything we needed and communication was super easy. We highly recommend this property. The landlord and his family are very warm and helpful.

The property is very pleasant, cozy and very fully equipped. The cleanest cottage we have stayed in in Montenegro. New appliances in kitchen and bathroom. It is not a large stay but fine for 4 people. The porch is a pre, you will hear the creek across the street from the cottage. It's a pity that it is on a side road of a fairly busy main road, but you don't have much inconvenience, just some traffic noise in the background. The cottage is centrally located, close to Kolasin and a 20 minute drive to ski lifts and entrance Biogradska Gora NP. Contact with Aleksander was very easy and he was always immediately available. I highly recommend the cottage!

what an amazing stay!

Mara was very sweet and welcoming, she was kind to pick us up at the bus station in Žabljak and bring us back on the day of our departure. The house is cute and peaceful, you can see the stars on the sky very well during night time. Kitchen is well-equipped, so you can cook your own meals with no problem. The attic bedroom is cozy but has quite a low ceiling which can be a bit uncomfortable for taller people. The bedroom is also only accessible through a ladder, we didn’t really mind that but it’s good to mention for potential visitors. There is also a sofa bed downstairs in case you’d prefer that. Overall a great experience, we can really recommend the rafting and the black lake :)

the most peaceful location. Savo was amazing and friendly at check in. The smurf like cottages are much bigger on the inside than what you anticipate. The view is unparalleled. Best time to visit is autumn during October!

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

Really amazing and luxurious modern villa, surrounded with beautiful mountain views and beautiful nature. House is well equipped and very nice. Great kitchen and living room. Bedrooms very comfortable. The villa have a great location, its a short distance drive to most attractions in the area such as Tara river, Dumitor national park, black lake and more. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Great and easy chick in. I will definitely love to visit again when im in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, what a unique and beautiful home! We enjoyed the perfect views and leisurely mornings. Breakfasts and dinners had a local flavor and were prepared by Radomir with love. The house is about 12 kms to the nearest ATM (Berane) so it's a good idea to have cash upon arrival. Radomir goes out of his way to ensure the guests are happy and enjoying their stay. I would definitely stay again!

This house is the best place we've stayed in Montenegro, with beautiful views, large floor-to-ceiling windows with the forest just outside, it's particularly shocking but very quiet.The house is well equipped, the host also prepares free drinks as a welcome gift, every detail of the house is very carefully arranged, making guests feel at home, we were very comfortable staying here.If I have the chance to come back to Zabljak, I will definitely choose this house again

very nice little mountain house. it matches the description, very remote location but very nice. we had the breakfast 2 times and I can definately recommend it! holy manoly it was so good. Snezana and her husband were very helpful. there was a power outage in the whole village (happens in these remote locations), but they kept us informed about the status and it got resolved within a couple hours (in the meantime we just went and ate somewhere haha). we would definitely go back if we visit montenegro again!

Great place to stay, couple of minutes driving to everywhere in the city, host is very responsive, had everything we needed. Hot water last for one person shower but it heats pretty fast

Lovely house, warm, cozy, like home! Thanks to the host for responding and promptly preparing the house for check-in. Booked an hour before arrival. The stove is heated, fruits on the table, the beds are shot, the beauty! The garage for the car is very convenient, no need to clean the car after snowfall. The house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove. A large refrigerator. We rolled up on sleds and sleds, kindly provided by the host. There is a PBQ Pit. Wonderful place to relax, very quiet, around the mountain and the forest! I will recommend to my friends!
