From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Villa Äkäsjoensuu

An atmospheric log cabin by the River Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cabin accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs there's a hallway, a kitchen-living room with a great fireplace, a sauna, a bathroom, a toilet, and a bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each overlooking nature.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

There is no any street lights so you can see the Northern lights very well. 2 adults and 1 to 3 young children are easily accommodated in the house.
