The entire second floor with two private rooms and connection to a large roof terrace is waiting for you! Overall you will have 150 sqm all private area. Enjoy the stunning views over Patong Beach and the Andaman Sea.
The two rooms are about 25 square meters and 20 square meters. Each has a private bathroom with shower, hot water and toilet. In addition each room has air conditioning, TV connection with flat screen, electronic safe and a minibar fridge. Besides the aircon each room is also equipped with a stand fan for your convenience. The bathrooms offer amenities (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, sanitary bags etc.) to use for free.
Our guests will have free internet access by WiFi.
One room also has a spacious balcony on which the sunset over the Andaman can be observed.
The other room is quietly situated to the rear. It offers silence and through it you reach the large rooftop terrace with lounge area.
The rooftop terrace includes approximately 100 square meters, spread over three levels.
Sunbeds and a Chilling Area invite you to relax and sunbathe.
For the comfort on the rooftop is a toilet, an outdoor shower to cool off in the open air and a fridge to keep drinks cool.
There is also a seperate washing machine in your private area which you may use freely. Accessories, such as iron and ironing board, are available as well.
On the ground floor you may share a fully equipped kitchen. A Senseo coffee machine (for coffee pads), a Nespresso machine (Nespresso capsules) and a standard filter coffee machine are available for free use.
A small selection of different varieties of coffee and tea will be prepared for you as a welcome gift!
A tropical garden in the rear region, with hatch to the kitchen, invites you to eat there on the terrace and relax with a drink.
The front part of the ground floor is the living room. With a cozy sofa corner. You are warmthly invited to relax there as well.
The house is on a hill, beyond Patong Beach, the party hotspot of Phuket Island. Thus beach and party can be reached quickly, but also peace and relaxation are guaranteed because of the exclusive location of the house.
It is advisable to hire the usual local motorcycles to get anywhere quickly. Ask us when booking! You are welcome to hire our private motorcycle (Yamaha scooter) for the duration of your stay (subject to availability). It is ideal for 2 people.
If required a Thai contact with very good English skills is available. He lives in a room on the 1st floor and will be your host whenever I will not be there personally.

During your stay the top floor area of the house is completely yours. It consists of two rooms and the rooftop terrace, as described above. In addition you can use the ground floor area with a kitchen, dining area, living area, backyard garden and chilling front area. The house has one main entrance. You will get a key for the main door and your rooms by your own.
You can reach me at any time via email (airbnb). In case of emergency directly by phone. I will provide all contact data to you some days before your stay at our place. Whether I'll be there myself during your stay I can not tell yet. I mainly use the house during the holiday season but sometimes I go there spontaneously as well. I will let you know in advance by time.

The district 'The Andaman Hills', in the northeast of Patong, is known by every taxi driver. All houses are purely private. Due to the exclusive location on the hill you enjoy one of the most beautiful sea views on the island of Phuket. In the evening you will be fascinated by the stunning panoramic view over Patong City.

A winding road leads to the top. It's about 180 meters only.
It is generally advisable to hire the usual local motorcycles to be perfectly mobile.

"Patong Beach" is only round about 700 meters away. It is a short walkway to there and it can be reached easily within a few minutes.

Electricity costs are included in the rental price. There will be no additional costs for you. To keep this offer alive please safe energy and water.
*** Taxi transfer from the airport to our place and back ***
We will gladly arrange transfers from and to the airport for you. A professional taxi driver, a friend of ours, will pick you up with a name sign at the airport and will bring you reliably to the house. If necessary he can take you back to the airport as well when you leave again. The price for this corresponds to the local rates but mostly is even cheaper than a taxi from the Airport. Just inform us by time if you'd like to enjoy this service.

In general It is advisable to hire one of the usual local motorcycles (scooters) for the duration of your stay. So you are flexible and mobile. A rent-a-motorbike shop is just around the corner of our place. Just ask us when you book our place.

Due to the exclusive location on the north-eastern slope of Pa tong Beach you will enjoy one of the most beautiful sea views in the area. In the evening you can relax in our Infinity-View Jacuzzi Pool on the roof terrace and enjoy unique panoramic views over 'The Andaman' Sea and Patong City.
