Apartment vacation rentals in Kodiak

Cannot say enough about Mrs. Yvonne and this place. The view is stunning, the property and host were amazing and the activities near by were so easy to get to! Yvonne was super knowledgeable of the area and was always willing to help with any questions we had! If you visit Kodiak, this is a great place to stay!

I had a great stay here. Very clean and included a lot of amenities. The host was super friendly and communicative. If I ever go back to Kodiak, I would definitely stay here again!

Easy and smooth rental. Great location walkable to downtown. You have to pay the bed tax and city tax upon arrival and credit cards are not accepted for this. It wasn't a problem, but I thought it might be helpful for others to know. Martha was upfront about this after making the reservation. She is a great communicator.

The place was perfect for a week of quiet time doing some work and some fishing. Close and easy access to the small boat harbor and surrounding shops. Laurie was responsive and wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Short flight of stairs to walk from the street, with easy access to the room. About a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, and a very quick walk to the nearest restaurants and convenience store. Would recommend!

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The kitchen was well stocked, back deck was wonderful to enjoy in the morning & evening, bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. Everyone kept commenting on how well stocked the place was. Beauitful view too! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Until next time!

This place was perfect for our family that consisted of adults and kids. Very kid friendly! We loved the set up and outdoor activities for everyone. Fred Meyer close by with access to everything. Lovely setting in the woods. Thanks for a great experience for our whole family!

From being flexible with our delayed arrival time of the ferry to finding a walk-in clinic for me when I needed to see a doc, and making a parking spot available for our rental car, Brian went above my expectations of an airBnB host. Definitely an excellent place to stay!

Marion is a 5 star host. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was pristine, stocked with goodies and a wealth of information. Marion shared tidbits about the area, recipes and local lore. I would highly recommend her place to anyone I know visiting Kodiak. Thank you Marion for such a wonderful experience!

Lucas' place is true "Alaska" with all the wildlife inside! He was very accommodating to our needs and promptly responded to messages. This is a place you don't want to miss out on!
