Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

It was unbelievable. The little details that were provided were amazing. They thought of everything that you would need and more! Down to free little snacks,s'mores accessories, bug spray, personalized letters, ect. It was magical. You can tell a lot of thought went into this place. Would definitely come again and I am recommended to everyone I know that loves Harry Potter.

The property was clean and spotless exactly as described! Peaceful little road with very little traffic If I hade one small complaint (which is nothing the host could control) is the fact that sitting on the front porch you can hear the interstate but it really wasn’t a bother If you’re looking for a nice clean place it can’t be beat!

This was perfect for myself and my two teenagers after Christmas. Far enough from Pigeon Forge that it’s quiet and peaceful after spending the day around crowds. It was so quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean. Rebecca was very helpful and quick to respond when I messaged her. She had a great little guidebook with her local recommendations. The box of chocolates at check in was so sweet! Would love to stay here again if I’m back in the area!
