Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kobuleti Municipality

We had a wonderful week at Vakhtang and Marie's place. The apartment for guests on the first floor we lived in, we really liked it. Everything was always at hand, everything was ready for our arrival (even a bottle of good wine!) Every time we ate at home (we always preferred to do this on the open veranda), we enjoyed the pleasant breeze and beautiful views of the green hills and the sea. In the evening we could also cook something on the grill in the evening. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is very small, which we liked. In general, the holidays were successful! Nice house right by the sea, the ground floor is a little old and the railway is very audible, but it does not bother much after a day. Kusa is a nice host who will help with everything. We enjoyed our stay!

What an absolutely delightful stay at Keti's apartment! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning interior and beautifully chosen furniture. You can truly feel the heart and soul that has gone into making this apartment so special and welcoming – it's anything but soulless! A huge thank you to Manana, who greeted us with such a warm and radiant smile! She was incredibly lovely, went above and beyond to help with all our requests, and made sure we knew how everything worked. Her kindness really added to our wonderful experience. This gem of an apartment is perfectly set up to comfortably host two couples, offering a truly charming and cozy atmosphere for a memorable getaway. It's worth noting that while there's a couch, it isn't extendable and might be a bit firm for sleeping, so it's best to consider the apartment ideal for up to four guests sharing the dedicated sleeping spaces. Wonderful place right next to Batumi Boulevard.. all the places are nearby..apartment is very close to beach.. overall a wonderful experience

The neighborhood is great, everything is reachable by walk. The place itself is cozy and has everything to have a good rest. Highly recommend.

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

Nice well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was friendly and responsive, and arranged smooth check-in despite of the late hour. Probably, the only disadvantage about the apt is that windows and balcony look onto quite a messy inner courtyard, but on the other hand there's no noise from the busy street.

All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. the host was very attentive. The house has a very good green and isolated yard. Hammocks,sun loungers with chairs and tables in the yard,as well as the bungalow makes the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. We are happy to stop by this house. it was very nice to live in the villa. meptron showed constant willingness to help. the yard has a magnificent, surrounding serenity. there are no good food outlets around. there is only a keria. it makes for some discomfort, but light and not decisive. overall everything was very nice
