Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Georgia

It was a trip with my mom, aunt, and child, but the beautiful environment, our own tranquility, and the warm hospitality of the host, and even delicious wine!! It was a time when everyone was happy.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Good afternoon! I am grateful for the valuable quality - TRUST! Zurab and Feride are nice, responsive, attentive people who improved our trip to Georgia. This was most likely our bonus for the last days of vacation, and studying the history of Georgia. We arrived as tourists, and left as relatives!!!! Thank you for the pleasant emotions, sensations, empathy, attention!!!

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

We absolutely loved this place! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

I had a wonderful stay, just a walk away from the old city on a quiet street. The apartment is rustic and nicely decorated.

Great location for this appartment very well maintained! Despite it is in the heart of the old city, close to everything needed, it is incredibly quiet! (Except for the noise from the neighbors upstairs. Not bothering so much though). It was great to have our breakfasts on the terasse in the morning, with the great weather of this early June. Shade. Quietness. (And no mosquitos). The entrance/patio could be better organized/tidied for an added value though. Thanks again to Mariam and her mom for making our stay so enjoyable. Our advise: "Luca polare", not so far, for delicious croissants and/or ice creams. ;)

The place is great, right in the centre at the Liberty square, 2 min to the metro station, all possible shops are nearby. The apartment is quite big (we never used the second bedroom), a big balcony to the internal yard so it is quite quiet. Margarita is helpful and communicative, prior to check-in provided us with exact instructions on how to find the apartment and get in.

Great location, convenient amenities, clean and spacious rooms. Мзия is a very friendly and helpful host who provided clear instructions and warmly welcomed us with wine and snacks. Would recommend to anyone. :)

It was a great place walkable from Freedom square, lots of eating places nearby and access to supermarkets. We got clear instructions to check in and the process was very convenient. House was done neatly and tastefully with attention to small details. Very clean and hygienic. Entire family was happy and look forward to stay here again

Natia is a great host and the house is beautiful and clean, the balcony adds cherry on the cake with beautiful plants all around. The place is exact like photos and felt like i am living in a movie straight out of the 1980s-1990s. Loved it❤️ Thank you so much Natia 😊

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The house is simply incredible! We celebrated the new year with a large group, had a great time) the house is big, it has everything you need in general, very cozy

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.

Resan and his family were awesome. We never had such great experience elsewhere. Truly amazing.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
