Spent a few nights in the apartment — I really liked everything. The apartment is spacious, not small, has everything you need: full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, iron, air conditioning, TV. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable pillows and mattress — it's comfortable to sleep. The balcony offers excellent views: you can see the sea, and in the evening the city is beautifully lit. The house is conveniently located — in the heart of the old city, close to everything you need. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear and understandable. Communication with the hostess is excellent: she responds quickly, advises, and is helpful. I recommend it, especially for a couple, but it will be comfortable for three. Would love to come back again!

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

Had a lovely stay at Violeta's place, really nice apartment with beautiful views. Ending up spending more time than I expected reading out on the deck, its massive, private and has great lookouts in any direction. Although I cut my stay in Batumi a bit short to head to Kutaisi/Tbilisi, I enjoyed the 3 nights I stayed and would stay there again for sure.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

This was our second time staying at Maia’s place which says a lot. The apartment is as nice as ever, super clean, quiet, and the location can’t be beat to walk to the old town, the park and the beach. Maia is a kind and welcoming host. We’d love to stay at this place again.

the place looks very nice, you feel more like at home than in an airbnb. Everything was ready when we arrived even though we booked very late in the night. We would go again anytime.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

It has been a great experience. You are close to every main attraction and the infra of building is great. The gym is also well equipped.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

The room fully met expectations and looked like the photo. All amenities for a comfortable stay were available. There were minor nuances, but they were quickly resolved. The room is clean, but I would like a little more thorough cleaning. The noise from the construction site was a little disturbing, but with the windows closed it was tolerable — we were warned in advance. We used the elevator without queues (in the off-season). Tatyana was always in touch and helped. Great location: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and convenient transport nearby. We were satisfied. Thanks for the hospitality!

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

Nice and clean apartment.

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again

We stayed in Maria and Moussa’s apartment for two months, and it truly felt like home. The place has everything you need for a long stay, making it super comfortable and convenient. We arrived in February, during a pretty intense snowstorm, so it was a bit cold at first. Thankfully, the AC helped keep the place warm. Anytime we needed help, Moussa was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Since I work remotely, having a reliable internet connection was really important to me, and we had almost no issues. While Batumi is known to occasionally have minor electricity problems, 98% of the time, the internet was fast and stable. I absolutely recommend this place to new visitors, and I’m already looking forward to coming back someday!

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
