Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

first time traveling with my mother and my two kids. we were all in awe of the scenery from our patio here. it was peaceful, clean, the larger bed was SO comfortable. the kids made themselves right at home with their nightstands and bathroom. it was a great stay. Gatlinburg is a beautiful place to stay in. I will be returning to this location specifically with friends!

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We love this condo! So close to GSMNP & Roaring Fork — and you can walk to downtown without ever having to move your car. Beautiful furnishings & we loved the coffee bar and the snacks they left for us. This was our 2nd time staying here & we’ll definitely be back.

I'm a total history geek so all the info on your condo being an old flour mill ❤️ and thanks for the table book on Knoxville Blues music history ! We had a great walk to the Market Square & delish shrimp & grits @ Tupelo Honey ! Coffee at nearby shop Tuesday AM & art fun shops ! Sorry to be missing the Rhinestone Fest this weekend but possible future fun ! Our 5 th & last kid is heading off to college Fall 2026 and we are now gonna push for a University of Tennessee college tour ! We're considering retiring to Georgia / Tenn area in a couple years but this stop has us thinking sooner maybe better ! Friendliest community & so beautiful ! Thank you for your space ❤️
