We felt very comfortable at Alenka and Diego's and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food when we arrived. It is a quiet location and nice area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing vacation with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

Everything is fine. Especially check-in and check-out were totally straightforward. The walls are a little noisy, but the view and the room are definitely worth the money!

A dream house with warm service! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and it was just perfect! The accommodation itself is excellent – clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The contact with the landlords was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to help us and made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, the house far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Ivana's apartment was our base camp during a climbing vacation... and coming back in the late afternoon was like coming home, cozy and warm, a real treat!We didn't meet Ivana but her sister and mom who also made us a cake she made as soon as we arrived! Two wonderful people who made our stay even more beautiful. thanks to Ivana and her family, we hope to be their guests again! I think it goes without saying that the apartment was very clean, cozy, warm, quiet and in a great location!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Samuel, the host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. The house is absolutely perfect. It’s very well equipped and everything is of best quality. The view from the house, the restaurants and the winery’s in the area are amazing. I will definitely come back

What you see is what you get. Those looking for peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere and pheasants, badgers and deer on the side of the road. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt immediately comfortable. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!
