We rent an attic of the house built in the sixties. It has a separate entrance, a place for two cars in the yard, a piece of garden, where you can grill or just spend time under the cherries. The house is in the old part of Palanga, the sea and the main streets are nearby. There are three bedrooms, a dining area with the kitchen, a bathroom and two large balconies. It occupies the whole first floor and you can have views to all four sides.

A private balcony offers a view of an open park space, lined with trees and pathways. A small table and two chairs are positioned comfortably on the wooden deck, inviting relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

Very good place. Not fare to walk till market, walking street with restaurants and beach. Also reserved parking place. Apartment not big but all what is necessary . Big an very useful terace . Good place where to stay in Palanga ! Paulina as host very kinde and easy to comunicate.

Trumpa vienos nakties viešnagė, todėl nebuvo laiko pasinaudoti virtuve, baseinu ir kt. privalumais. Tvarkinga ir švaru, butas naujai įrengtas, nėra prie ko prikibti. Nepatiko, kad miegamasis yra prie pat bendro įėjimo į pastatą, gana triukšminga, taip pat, kad terasa yra parkingo pusėje. Šeimininkė puikiai bendravo ir greitai atsakė susirašinėjant. Trumpai apsistojant viskas ok:)

Viskas labai gerai. Butelis nedidelis, bet dviems uztenka vietos. Svarus butas ir sutvarkytas. Minusai, kad navigacija neteisingai rode atvaziavima. Iki juros reiketu paeiti apie 15 -20 min. Atvaziuojant buvo duobetas kelias ir prie pat oro uostas, tai kas jautriau miega, paryciais gali atsibusti nuo lektuvu pakylimo/nusileidimo. Seimininke labai draugiska ir grazi aplinka pacio kvartalo.

My group of 8 people stayed at this house for three nights in August and enjoyed every minute of it. We found the house clean and spacious, kitchen was equipped with all necessary amenities, and fully secured yard was amazing for children. House is located next to the marina, which was especially convenient as we took the boat to Nida. Rūta has been very proactive and helpful host! Highly recommend staying at her house! ^^

Das Apartment war ein großartiger Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, was perfekt für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, was einen stressfreien Start in den Urlaub ermöglicht hat. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Supermarkt, der nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist – sehr praktisch für den täglichen Einkauf. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war hervorragend, alles war makellos und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Herd und einer Mikrowelle, sodass wir problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnten. Das Apartment selbst war geräumig genug, um bequem fünf Personen unterzubringen, ohne dass es eng wurde. Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Everything was really straightforward. Nice flat with everything you need. Parking right outside. Great location just a short walk to Palanga strip and near the beach. Evaldas was an excellent host, very prompt with replies and always friendly. Recommended!

Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben handelt es sich um ein unraltes Fischerhaus. Es ist alles einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht das Zentrum von Nida fußläufig in wenigen Minuten und kann durch die Wälder zur Ostseeseite hinüber wandern, ca. 2,5 km. Viktoras war sehr nett und freundlich. Man konnte sich gut auf englisch verständigen.
