Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

This cozy place is close to a small downtown location. Walking distance to shop and restaurant. Easy arrival from the highway. You have the opportunity to swim from our private dock. There is also the possibility of borrowing our nostalgic three rowboat, upon request. (Summer time) Own small patio with barbecue in summer. The garden below the patio is also available. Bedding, towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner are included. Frying oil and spices as well. Everything you need for a few days can be found here.

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

An old farm from the 1600s with a timber house.

The farm is about a 15 minute drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car to stay with us. You will find an operating farm, with tractor driving at times but also silence, nature, trees, fields and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see moose and deer on the land. Occasionally, it's the northern lights!
