Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kitsilano Beach

The location was great as points of interest were relatively in walking distance. Plenty of parking in the surrounding areas. Keyless access was nice as it’s one less thing to worry about on our trip. The place was very clean when we arrived and had a lot of amenities such as a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with all your pots, pans and utensils. Overall, my first Airbnb experience at this location and with Ty was an A+. Would highly recommend.

We already miss this place! We loved waking up early in the morning to the view outside the bedroom, a feast for the eyes. Nature and tranquility surrounds this home. One could easily spend their days sitting on one of three decks taking it all in. Having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal allowed us to be a part of the activities on the water. And a soak in the hot tub was a much appreciated bonus! This is truly a home for an active lifestyle. With the climb up the nearly 70 steps to the street to the multiple daily walks to the business district in Deep Cove, you won't have to worry about making sure you get your exercise in. Thank you, John and Maria, for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a very special place for us to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We felt very spoiled by everything it offers and will definitely return again.

Fabulous location a few minutes away from the beach and a lot of small restaurants with a convenient corner store a few metres away. Despite its liveliness, the neighbourhood is essentially residential and quiet. Easy to access the whole city on foot, by bus, water taxi and Uber. The beach house is funky and quaint, clean and very well equipped. I especially appreciated using the espresso machine in the morning. The porch is pleasant to sit on. Be aware, however, that there is only one bathroom and it is on the ground floor while the 2 bedrooms are on the 2d floor. The stairs are steep so resolutely not for anyone with mobility issues. Furthermore while the master bedroom is large with a comfortable king size bed, the other bedroom is tiny with a twin size bed and the window overlooks the staircase. Fortunately a real window face the “fake” window and provides some fresh air but it can feel a bit stuffy. We had one issue during our stay which the host solved efficiently.

The house is very comfortable and just as beautiful as the photos. The location is incredible - amazing views of the water, mountains, and big ships passing. It was so lovely to be able to just walk across the street and be on the beach with long walks possible in either direction. It was also really convenient for groceries and restaurants along 4th Ave, and an easy 15 minute drive to downtown and Stanley Island. We loved Vancouver and our stay in this beautiful home!

A charming, clean, bright, and well-equipped space in Mount Pleasant right outside downtown Vancouver. Our host, Ilkka, was very welcoming, and communication with him was easy. The neighborhood—with its tree-lined streets and flower gardens—was quiet and felt very safe. People of all ages were out walking their dogs and enjoying the nice weather. In addition to the very, very comfortable beds and linens, one of the most enjoyable features of Ilkka’s home was the proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. We drove to Stanley Gardens one day, but we didn’t have to get in our car to eat fantastic meals or do the shopping. We would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful hosts; pleasant surroundings, amazing gardens. And a beautiful peaceful location. Comfortable bed and everything I needed for my trip was there! I get quite hot at night and although the windows don’t open, a wonderful fan was available and served me well!

This was conveniently located very close to UBC. Great neighborhood with picturesque homes. Dining, cafes boutiques close by. Bedroom has lots of windows making the space feel more spacious. Jian was extremely responsive and available.

Megan's place was wonderful, we stayed for 3 nights for a short trip from Seattle. The place was clean and well maintained. Parking gave us a little trouble but nothing compared to the benefit of living close to the beach

Mark’s place was in a fantastic location - close to coffee shops and a variety of restaurants that are in walking distance. The house was spotless and as described. Parking spot available if requested and not being used. Instructions for entry and the stay were clear and reasonable. Home and the surrounding neighborhood had charm. Could not have asked for a better location. Wish most hosts were like Mark. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We feel fortunate to have been able to stay in this North Van apartment. The space is roomy and comfortable and the house manual had some handy recommendations. Also, there is great coffee downstairs. The location is in a super nice neighbourhood community with Lonsdale St within easy walking distance. The host Brad is a very helpful and interesting guy. Highly recommended.

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

My wife and I were in Vancouver for a conference and stayed at Linda’s place for five days. It was a fantastic experience — the space was cozy and felt just like home. Linda was a proactive and thoughtful host, even upgrading the recliners during our stay, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, yet conveniently close to downtown. We’d gladly stay here again in the future.

Enjoyable stay at Krystal’s! Beautiful, modern space with everything you need and more. We arrived in the early morning hours and really appreciated the basket of snacks left on the counter for us. Great location, within walking distance to tons of restaurants on Main Street and to Riley Park (multiple playgrounds), Nat Bailey Stadium and Hillcrest Aquatic Centre (swimming pool is under maintenance until end of June 2025). Space was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a Pack n Play available. Anthony and Leatt are great hosts, very responsive and go above and beyond to help. Leatt provided a list of kid-friendly restaurants to visit while we are in town. I was also offered allergy medication after they learned that I was having severe allergy symptoms.

Excellent stay. Very clean and modern place. Patrick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for young families.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

Nelson’s place was fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is an easy one. I didn’t realize the location where you picked up the key was a distance away, but if you packed light you’ll be fine (9 minute walk). Thankfully the taxi waited for us and took us straight to his place. The views of the city are amazing and the location cannot be beat. I really hope I find myself back in Vancouver again so I can book his condo.

Iman responds immediately, which is really helpful when you are a stranger in town. Lots of local information. Really nice touches, drinks, snacks, fruit. Everything you could need and more. If I could think of anything missed, I would tell Iman privately, but genuinely I cannot think of anything, he has it all covered. Great city, top host.

A fabulous position to enjoy downtown Vancouver for a few days, exactly what was needed. There was no stress. I definitely appreciated the flexibility shown by Andre when I arrived very early. Communication was exemplary.

A great place to stay in Vancouver - fantastic location, easily walkable/sea ferry/bus to lots of great locations in Vancouver. Well kept apartment, and the pool was an added bonus. It took us a minute to find the parking garage, but other than that check in and check out was very easy, and Kash was flexible with the times too. Overall an excellent stay.

The apartment is spot on, walking distance of downtown Vancouver and many good restaurants. Very chic and clean. Kwan was always a text away to help with anything. 100% would recommend to stay here!

In the welcome folder were some suggestions for restaurants etc but no addresses and no maps, not a major problem but we have left some tourist information in the apartment. Hope that you don't mind Kaitlin., and that future guests will find them helpful. We discovered Georgia St by accident, the Irish bar staff were great and told us about the Cambodian/Vietnamese restaurant (Michelin recommendation) next door. Also mentioned that the Italian restaurant was popular. Definitely recommend your apartment to friends.

The parking stall available was little tight. But very easy to get into secured parade with Austin’s instructions
