Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Kitsilano Beach

This was a perfect air bnb stay. Perfect location with parks, running paths, bars, cafes and restaurants. Very safe. Parking was very helpful with car rental minutes away by foot. Spotless with plenty of coffee provided and extra towels and linens. Gym was nice to use. Very responsive host with easy check in instructions. Would highly recommend! Thanks Aneta! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. Chao was responsive and made check-in super easy. The apartment is located in a very central place in Vancouver. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Nadia’s apartment in downtown Vancouver. Her helpful instructions made it easy to get in when we arrived tired after a long flight. Very comfortable and clean apartment with a decently equipped kitchen. Great location for exploring the city, with many things accessible on foot or easy to use public transport. A great stay. We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s home in Vancouver! The place was beautiful, clean, and very well organized. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect! It’s situated in a friendly neighborhood and centrally located with easy access to downtown, stores, and public transit. It was a very comfortable stay overall, and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommend! Let me know if you’d like to tailor it more for a family stay, toddler-friendly angle, or highlight anything specific like parking, kitchen amenities, or host responsiveness!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

This was our first trip to Vancouver (and in fact our first to Canada) and this apartment was perfect for us. It was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, Diana was a superb and responsive host - but it's the location of the apartment which makes this really stand out. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars - and is walking distance of all the main attractions in town. We went on walking tours, visited museums, took a boat to go whale watching (saw humpbacks and orcas!), visited comedy clubs - and ate out every night - all within walking distance of the apartment. It was really superb and if we were staying in town again, we would stay here again. The car park was easy to use, with decent sized spaces - so if you do have a rental car, this is again perfect (we went out to Whistler, and also drove out of town to walk a trail another day). Thinking of booking something in Vancouver? Book this! Oh and did I mention the bed was comfy too!? Thank you Diana, hope to visit again.

Nice apartment. Enjoyed my stay

Happy to stay at Fabs place while I am in town for a family visit. Fabs place is very clean, convenient located and Fabs it is a great host. I recommended the place.

Our stay in this condo was very good. The photos matched the actual surroundings and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The unit is located very close to the Chinatown Train Station (which makes access to & from the airport easy) and a stop on the "Hop On-Hop Off" bus tour very convenient. We were forewarned about areas of the city that were experiencing a lot of homeless people so that we could make sure that any walks were headed in the right direction. Very pleased overall.

I have stayed at many amazing Airbnb’s over the years, and David’s place might have been the best yet. The view was incredible, everything was of the highest quality, and David made sure our stay was perfect. David’s place is very spacious, the beds were super comfortable, master bathroom was amazing, living room had the greatest view ever, the lower patio was great, and the top level was nothing short of spectacular. We hung out on the hot tub every night watching the sunset and city lights. And if you feel the need to leave the condo, there are grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. Our stay was amazing.

Jeff has been very patient when I overlooked those clear instructions, and offered help immediately when I needed. The stay was only two nights, it is a great. The only thing is that the bathroom does not have any hooks to hang my own towels and clothings ...... a bit inconvenient, the suite is quite noisy since it is facing a major intersection, especially at night, however, it didn't bother me much, I still managed to fall into deep sleep quickly with the comfortable bed :)) I recommended my friends to book the same unit by forwarding her the link.

Fantastic place in a great location

The location was perfect! It was safe neighborhood and had easy access to all the great restaurants and shops in town. And the balcony was a bonus!

Demitri and Jessica’s place was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! It was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. 3 min walk to supermarket, 2 min walk to the bus stop, and 10 min drive to downtown Vancouver. Inside their home, you’ve got everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped (I’m talking about different types of coffee maker etc). The interior was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. I especially love the thoughtful instructions placed around the house - which saved me time from searching for how things work. Demitri and Jessica put in so much effort running this place. I got multiple messages from them during my stay to make sure our stay was ok. I would 100% recommend staying at their place!

Yuan’s place was stellar and we felt like we were in a hotel. I appreciate Yuan’s responsiveness, flexibility, and kindness. My family really enjoyed the home and I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend the home to family and friends. Many mahalos (thanks) Yuan!

Beautiful Comfortable home that was the ideal place to hunker down in some very I Rainy cold weather. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare good meals.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in David and Taylor’s home. The house is very clean and immaculate. The pictures do not do it justice. We were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. The lovely and spacious home allowed our group of 6 to cook meals together and to gather indoors or outdoors in the amazing heated patio area. We also enjoyed the clean hot tub, the lovely Koi Pond and the fire pit. Because there are so many different indoor and outdoor spaces, people could quietly slip away to another area of the home if they wished a few minutes of solitude. The house’s location is perfect and provided easy access to excellent trails for daily hiking and trail running. The well-equipped gym was a bonus. David is an outstanding host. He’s very responsive and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. He is a wonderful human. We are all so grateful that we had such an amazing family experience. We highly recommend David and Taylor’s North Vancouver home.

Super responsive communication from the host. Home was very much as described in the photos - and we were pleased and comfortable here. The interior garden area is really peaceful. Will look forward to staying again.

We had a family of 5 to stay for 10 days and Nikos’ place was perfect for us! Nikos was always highly responsive and respectful and kind, no matter what we requested. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and very comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. It was nice to be able to walk to the local grocery store and cafe and bakery, and the location near campus was ideal for spending time with our daughter. We very much hope to stay here again when we return next year. Very highly recommended. 😊

What a charming oasis! This was a great spot with a lovely garden, perfect for dogs and an easy walk (or very easy drive) to some interesting Vancouver sites, we loved it!!
