Erica was very responsive and quick to provide a solution to help us out in a pinch. Her home was great for adults and kids. I had stayed there previously with just adults; if I visit again, I would definitely stay here!

I have stayed here a number of times. This BnB is easily accessed, clean, spacious, well supplied and has a large parking lot. The hostess, Kay, has always been very responsive with immediate resolution to any problems or questions.

R&R Guest House- Renovated Downtown Gem, Patio

A super clever remake of an old downtown 2nd floor! We enjoyed the open, airy look and the great lighting. There was an issue with the A/C the first night, but the outside temperature was pleasant enough for us to sleep with the windows open. Early the next day the host's installed a window unit and we were quite comfortable for the rest of our stay. Even though this is on the 2nd floor of the building, the space is actually about 2 1/2 story's worth of stairs! The street entrance stairs are relatively narrow and steep. They are certainly manageable, but I would recommend pulling around to the back alley for loading and unloading. Those steps are wider and less steep. There is also a landing about midway up to allow for a pause if needed. My 74 y/o knees did just fine, but others may find the climb a bit challenging. All-in-all, we would certainly book again should be have more business in the area.

I don’t think the pictures accurately show just how spacious this rental is. Both bedrooms are big enough for two people and all of their stuff - the closets are huge. The living room is also pretty spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, and they even left small containers of toiletries. I was especially grateful for the little tubes of toothpaste - I seem to always forget toothpaste. Kajal was very responsive to all communication. The building is quiet, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. Great experience, I highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying in this cute little house while we were attending the Rutledge Flea Market. It was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

The beds were very clean and very comfortable. The coffee and creamer were good quality and abundant. We are coffee lovers and didn't run out. The home felt very spacious. The six of us were not crowded at all. The kitchen has plenty of counter space which made meal prep a breeze. The cold water in the fridge was much appreciated upon arrival. It was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic clean and comfortable place to stay! Two couples in town for a wedding and everyone had room to get ready. Great place to relax and catch up for a couple days after the big day. Met with one of the owners completely by chance Mike was great to talk with. We let him know we were looking for batteries for the TV remote, and he was there in a few minutes with some. Great place owned by friendly and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

home was exactly as advertised, was in town for work and with those of us staying in the home even if one of us was up later than others the interior noise level was amazingly quiet.
