Jacks lodge was very clean, quiet and cosy. It’s also had everything you could need in there. Also Jack provided clear instructions on the location of the lodge as there are a few. It’s a good location to the Lake District and perfect for walkers and dog owners. My dog loved the lake and walk by the beach which was within 5 minutes of the lodge. And lake Windermere just an hour away. I would love to visit again sometime.

Lovely warm cozy cottage. Has everything you need. The welcome gift of wine crisp and biscuits was a lovely touch. The area is fabulous for walking a dog. Jo was very responsive to any questions we had 😊

Brocklebank was the perfect peaceful sanctuary before a busy month of 60th birthday celebrations for my husband. The weather was mixed from absolutely pouring down when we arrived to cracking the flags the next day….we walked along the quiet beach, talked, read books and drank wine….. we will be back x

Victoria was very helpful, quick to respond to queries, offered us an early check-in if required. Would have loved to extend our stay, however got called out to work. Everything was as described and up to expectations from the house to the kitchen to the bathroom. Spotless and clean. The added bonus was friendly neighbours so we felt right at home. Will surely recommend to our friends and relatives. It the perfect location.
