Condo vacation rentals in Kingsport

Second time with this host. Place is clean and has nice extras like an iron and hairdryer. Super quiet area.

Great place within a 15 min walk to Beech Mointain resort. We stayed here during a big snow and did some snowboarding and this rental really made the whole trip so much better. We saw deer every morning on our walk to the resort.

Place was very cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was accurately described. Getting in was easy. It is within a short driving distance of everything and can see the ski slopes at a distance. No complaints. Only know before you go info id give and this is no reflection upon the owner as there is no knock on them. 1) the parking is tight. If you’re in a larger vehicle it’s gonna be snug. 2) the one bathroom in this unit is small. We only stayed for 2 nights and it wasn’t really an issue for us but just know it’s a very small bathroom if you have several people staying here and the hot water won’t allow for back to back showers. Overall excellent stay and if we came back I’d stay here again!

Very peaceful stay with beautiful views and less then 5 minute drive to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. A huge plus was that the hot water NEVER ran out!

Spacious townhouse with plenty of the basic supplies. Beds are comfortable. Place is exactly as shown in the photos. We would stay here again.

Great location close to Beech Mountain. The unit itself was pristine and everything was as listed. The "sleeps 6" is tight. The sleeper sofa will sleep 2 small kids or an adult and a child, but it would be difficult to get 2 adults on it. I would rent this unit again. It met all of our needs and it was perfect for our ski trip.

Casia is a great host, he was always attentive, very friendly and available for any need, since we arrived he welcomed us very cheerful and helpful, without a doubt a place where you feel the same or more comfortable than in your own home, it is a very quiet place and without noise, very comfortable and spacious, clean and definitely very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, definitely very pleasant.

This was my family’s second time staying here and all we can say is WE LOVE IT!! It is a beautiful condo, with the best host I have ever been in contact with!

This was a great stay for our 5 night trip; price was very affordable for the location and the slopes were just a short walk away! The bedrooms, furniture and towels all felt very clean and the we appreciated the fact that the home was stocked with extra toiletries and trash bags. The home is definitely an older home and the showers could use some updates but for the price and location we would definitely stay again. Denise was also very sweet and provided hot coco and cookies for us! Overall a great stay!

Janice was so friendly and helpful! She checked in with us to make sure we had all that we needed. Our trip was not one of leisure. We ended up being short on time and had to request an extra day to our stay, which I have never done before. She was so very kind and understanding and immediately replied, even going as far as to tell me what to do within the app, to request a change to our reservation. She has a knack for reaching out but not hovering. The property itself was absolutely an Oasis, which was just what we needed! We couldn’t have had a better host or property!!

Always enjoy my stays at this loft-vibe downtown condo - very well appointed, clean, and handy to everything Greeneville has to offer downtown!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Not only was everything in great condition the place was spotless. I let them know it was my brothers birthday and they had a cupcake waiting for him when he arrived. It was close to a lot of hiking and walking trails and would have been a perfect location if it was winter and we were skiing as well. Harmony was super responsive and her details for checking in and checking out made everything so smooth. I will book here again.

Amy's place was just right for us. We were able to walk to the Beech Mtn. Brewery and the ski lifts, etc. Plus the local wildlife was right outside the door. Deer and turkeys abound!

Great stay! The loft was clean, stylish, and perfectly located—easy walk to restaurants and everything else downtown. Host was responsive and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely book again!

My friends and I enjoyed our recent stay at Trent's Place for our girls' weekend. The cabin was incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for our two-night stay. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living areas. The view from the cabin was absolutely amazing and truly made my morning coffee taste even better! It was such a peaceful and relaxing setting. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be looking to book Trent's Place again the next time we plan a trip to Beech Mountain. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience.

Good location right at the entrance to Beech. We were there in the summer for a concert and walked to the show. Place was as described.

Our stay at Bristol was phenomenal and unlike previous times due to the awesome condo that Sherri's maintains. Being located directly across from Bristol Motor Speedway was key. The condo was in perfect condition with all amenities included. The unit was very clean and organized. We were able to cook several meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Having a dryer available helped after the many hours of rain at the start of our trip. Sherri provided clear and concise instructions on everything. We really enjoyed our time in the condo and look forward to coming back for future races.

Awesome place, right across the road from Bristol Motor Speedway. Awesome Host. Would definitely Love to stay here again for future trips.

This place is extremely easy to get rest and relaxation. Peaceful. By far, the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Restaurants close by.

Everything went seamless. Really easy to stay here, and convenient to the Track. Place is as described and clean.

Pristine Place. Place spotless. If you forgot something, no worries, she has it, event 1st aid kits. Bathrooms well stocked, hair dryers, bathing supplies, even a fan if needed. TV Plenty of supplies (dish detergent, trash bags, coffees, snacks, etc). The place was so cozy, and beds very comfortable. Responsiveness superb. Quick response to any question you may have. She even sends messages to check to see how everything is going. Wonderful Experience and will definitely stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!!!

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
