We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

The Master Suite offers plenty of space with a private entrance, King-sized bed, kitchenette, sitting area, desk and private bathroom. There is a small patio with a fire pit. It's ideal for those who prefer their own space without needing to interact with the other (more shared) B&B area.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s, it’s a very comfortable tent on a gorgeous piece of land. The listing didn’t have a ton of details but when we arrived we found it had everything we expected and more. Also I’m sure Andrea would have been fast to reply if I’d needed to ask for more information, she’s a great host! If you have long-haired dogs be aware that they’ll be full of burrs in the summer.

This charming little house was perfect for our graduation visit to Corvallis, only about a ten minute drive to campus. Everything was just as described, and Holly was very helpful when we discovered we needed to extend our hours at the last minute. Even though she was out of town, she had someone deliver extra paper products we needed. I would highly recommend this house!
