Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. No parties but have a good time. This house is on well water which some people do not like at all. There is water cooler with hot and cold on demand and a Britta pitcher as well. Handicap accessible. Smart TV and Wifi available. Kitchen basics but more available upon request especially for long-term. Accomodations for the eight include someone on the sofa/air mattress. There's only one bathroom. 2 rooms are up stairs steeper than some prefer. Main BR and bathroom on 1st floor.

This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI. Our guests will be welcomed to a freshly renovated home that is walking distance to shops, Restaurants, groceries and the Metra train station that will get you downtown to Chicago! All beds/bedding are brand new! All new hardwood floors, new kitchen, brand new appliances, new towels, etc. Come stay in our fully appointed guest house! Grill, fire pit, outdoor seating included. I had a great stay at Dr. Cheryl's home. I had stayed there once before, and everything was perfect both times. Dr. Cheryl is a great host and her house is beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay again. Very highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable—just what we were looking for. The host was very welcoming and proactive, which made the stay even better. It would be a nice touch to include a couple of water bottles and some hand wash, but overall everything was lovely. Highly recommend!

Great stay Erin really nice and friendly host. She’s a regular little Martha Stewart!! Either baking cakes and pastries or out in her garden and growing very cool plants and even had a fairy garden under construction!!! Not to mention Atlas and Fig-tone the newest member of the clan. They’ll make you feel right at home!!

Joe's place has great river views from the ground floor and the second floor balcony. I had a great river view from inside my second floor room. Watching the river flow I saw ducks, herons, and even a bald eagle. I enjoyed staying there and walking to Algonquin for food and drinks. Thank you Joe and you friendly hosts.
