Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kiawah Island

Place was amazing , look exactly as pictured, amenities were amazing. Host was amazing proactive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going to plan. Loved everything about this place would absolutely come again ! Place was also fully loaded with beach supplies which was a plus ! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved every single moment of our annual spring break HH trip! The resort had so much to offer! From checking in and out everything was so simple. The place is clean and peaceful. Playing tennis( bring your own equipment) and keeping active is so easy within the resort! So close to the beach which I may say is nothing, but peaceful and just what we needed for a break and relaxing reset! The villa is in the best location, there are so many restaurants around the area and not too far for a day trip to Savannah, GA. We plan on staying again next year!

We stayed three weeks at Denis’ place in April 2025. Holly is the local agent and was our primary contact. Both Holly and Denis were very quick to respond to all our needs and questions which we really appreciated. The unit is in Building 1 with the main outdoor pool and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The unit is well appointed. We used the beach chairs, cart and umbrella. I even used the blender to make smoothies….a plus. We would gladly book here again.

Kaitlyn was amazing!! We will definitely be booking this place again. We had a few personal hiccups getting there and Kaitlyn was super flexible and helpful!! She provided everything we needed and then some! I have recommended this place to friends already. It was so nice to be close to the beach and Kaitlyn had absolutely thought of everything. We loved it!

What a little slice of heaven! The ocean view is a grand one, and we were thankful for the opportunity to stay and see the sunrise! Kimberly was an excellent host and was so kind throughout our stay. We booked at the absolute last minute (due to another Air BnB not being clean!) and she saved our little family's vacation! Her condo was on the 3rd floor, so there was a little travel time to the car, pool, and beach, but the 3rd floor travel was worth the views every morning. The kitchen is well stocked, the bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and the sand toys/wagon were the perfect compliment to our beach days. The overall facility is a little dated, (all the condos are individually owned) but Kimberly's place is well maintained, very modern, and highly functional. Her location is ideal for very little traffic as her building features a badminton court instead of a pool. We are very thankful for the time we were able to spend there.

Peaceful, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Heather was terrific, communicative and accurate. The place itself was as described in a wonderful location near everything on the island. The weather was great so we were able to take advantage of the short walk to the beach over the scenic and beautiful boardwalk path. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

This was one of the best Air BnB's at the beach I've ever had. I will DEFINITELY be back!! great location, everything you needed was provided, lots to do and very clean. The only downfall was the beach access being closed off at 11.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was an easy walk and the condo had all amenities we needed! Ramune was responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend staying here and would come back myself.

Another wonderful stay! This is our second time staying at this condo and we love it. Beaches and pools are both close by and walkable, very near shopping and great restaurants. We love staying at this resort because it is very family friendly and the beaches are beautiful. It fits our family of 5 perfectly and is very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning again.

I thought I was in my own house, the place had everything in it. you didn't need to go out and buy anything it was all there. Unit was the closest to the beach and really clean

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

I loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, had everything I needed right down to snacks she provided. Vanessa was also extremely patient and accommodating when it came to unexpected extra passes I needed. Nothing to complain about at all. Thank you Vanessa!

Senee’s place was very clean and all the amenities one could want for a beach trip (the beach towels and chairs were a welcome touch). The kids loved the indoor pool!

We had a wonderful time. The board walk to the beach was peaceful. No roads to cross. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The condo was clean and instructions for everything were easy to find and well written. It was a great experience!!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Our family of six had a great stay at Sue’s place! The bunk beds allowed everyone to sleep comfortably, and the space did not feel cramped at all. As some have mentioned, the walk to the beach is long with small children, but we were able to catch the shuttle most of the time. The resort also has three pools (one indoor) which allows for flexibility. Laundry is also very close which was a plus! Would recommend!

What a beautiful home ! You will not be disappointed staying here. The home was comfortable, beautiful and well stocked. The back porch was a great bonus place to relax. We would definitely stay at this beautiful home again. Highly recommend !!

We have been coming to Seabrook for seven years and this was the perfect spot for my family of four including two teenagers. The place was absolutely beautiful while also comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The amenities are amazing with great restaurants and shops nearby if you want to stay local and we also did a couple of day trips to Charleston and nearby islands. We love it here!

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

House was clean and accommodating to our party’s size. Decor was nice and property matched the photos and descriptions.

This is a very special place - the bungalow is absolutely perfect and the marsh view, spectacular. We enjoyed the Spring House, Nancy was amazing! And the facility was 4 star. We rented bikes and the trails were spectacular - just a slice of nature you do not expect. If you have the chance to experience the Bluebird and Kiawah River, do it, you will not regret it!

We loved staying at Tiana’s place! It was perfect for my group of girls and in a great location. The backyard was a huge hit and overall had the best weekend in Charleston
