Villa vacation rentals in Kent

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We found this house perfect for a surprise get together to celebrate a friends 70th birthday. The house and its location were perfect and there was plenty of room for us all plus our two dogs. The outdoor space allowed several areas to sit in and the garden lodge, where we stayed, was great. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local pub, The Owl, served exceptional food for our last night. We also had a local Indian takeout which was fabulous as was the lovely delivery guy, who popped in for a photo and quick chat.

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

We had an amazing experience at Pauline house. The house is huge and could accomodate our extended family of 13 people for the weekend. The house has all the amenities required for your stay as this is the house they live in. The garden is wonderful and provided lots of spaces for my children to play cricket and football. It is very well located as the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Pauline was very responsive with my queries before our visit and her son was in the summer house during our stay and was able to address all the questions we had. We had a memorable experience celebrating our 40th birthday with our family and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a wonderful house to stay in Sevenoaks.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We are just home from the most amazing weekend celebrating our 40th birthdays. (Group of 4 girls) We chilled out in the hot tub and garden on really comfortable chairs, beanbags and outside dining table to relax and enjoy. The lookout had lovely luxury toiletries and everything we wanted. Janie was a great host and everything was just perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year and hopefully get as lovely weather too!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

Great stay, good vibes, very charming & loved the open space downstairs for congregating! Perfect venue for casual group gathering.
