Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

What a great place, it’s in a perfect location for so many things to do within a short drive. Wonderful setting and peaceful property, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Charlotte was very helpful and provided lots of clear instructions and useful information. Look forward to buyable to return when wee are next in the area.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

Pretty, cosy cottage in a small nest of converted, wood-clad farm buildings off the beaten track in deepest Sussex. Compact-but-cute bedrooms, attractive living area with sofas and well-equipped kitchen, small gardens front and rear. Local pubs a short drive away. Communication was excellent and speedy. The Cow Shed was perfect! Spotlessly clean, private and beautiful location, immaculate attention to detail, helpful welcome pack, spare toiletries and beautiful breakfast selection. Beautiful, relaxing and calm space. Perfect to recharge the batteries and have some special and rare time with my bestie. Very tastefully decorated and super clean and fresh. I want to live in this little barn :-)

We had a wonderful time in the Stables. It was a clean, spacious cottage with lots of privacy. Our sons were also thought of and there were plenty of toys for them. Emma is very friendly and gave us super good tips for the area.

This is a fabulous Airbnb, clean, comfortable and stylishly done. The pool area is beautiful and I have my eye on the cabana for a future stay. We loved the private courtyard and the friendly duck...the hot tub was a bonus. We didn’t have a car so looked for a place with a train station close by…this is just a 10 minute taxi ride from the local station so ideal for us. It has a calm, peaceful vibe but just a few mins walk to the local pub. Great for me and my daughter but would be brilliant for groups if you rent out the other cottages. Sarah was really responsive and proactive. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We had a lovely time in this home away from home. The decor and finishing touches really put this Airbnb above many others I’ve stayed in. Small touches and great quality cooking utensils and crockery (small thing I know but lots of places you have nothing decent to cook with and here it was like being in my own kitchen). The actual area itself is beautiful and we were lucky to have the sheep right outside the back garden making a lovely view to see every day. Charlotte the host was very helpful and able to answer any questions during our stay. Would recommend making the 40 minute drive to Port Lympne safari park if you are in the area for a great day out for the family. 10/10 stay, would love to come back. The only thing that would make this trip better is being able to take the lamp collection home with me 😍 Thanks again Charlotte!

We had a wonderful stay & were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Bread, milk, granola & marmalade were lovely touches. Lovely furnishes, kitchen & bathroom. Our 2 dogs were very welcome aswell, stunning walks as soon as you open the stable style door, fantastic scenery & farm land. We visited the Rose & Crown twice for yummy food with excellent service & dog friendly. For us this was the perfect stay, thank you xx

Would definitely recommend this to friends and are very likely to return. Enjoyed local pub The Coach a walk away for burgers and cocktails. Shopped in the local Algar Lodge Farm Shop. The place was easy to find, well maintained, and completely matched the photos. We loved the hot tub. Very peaceful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay! The Barnyard was modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The shower was especially amazing, definitely one of the best I’ve used. The host, Tony, was friendly, helpful, and very informative, always happy to answer any questions we had. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

We stayed at Gabrielle's converted barn a few weeks ago and in a word... amazing. The venue was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the cottage and utilised the field one of the evenings. Gabrielle's husband (never got his name!) was helpful and gave directions to some places in the locality as well as being very happy to show us the field connecting to the garden. A small mention of their kids who were fantastically mannered! If there was one complaint... it would be that this venue is undersold! The green space and reservoirs are beautiful. It's truly a gem and we will be hoping to stay again soon!!!

This place is a fabulous, just what we needed for a long weekend away. Convenient to get to many surrounding places. Immaculate, clean accomodation and the provisions at check-in were a very welcome gesture. Nicole is a great host.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights as a peaceful getaway, and the property was amazing and perfect. Roz was very proactive in sending us instructions prior to our visit, and was very responsive to any questions or queries we had. She is based on-site and so was easily contactable when we needed. She is a very flexible and accommodating host who resolved any questions or issues we ran into during our stay (including running out of tea!), and directed us to nice places to eat. The property is a quaint cottage-like place that is super cosy and has all the amenities we needed, including a space to park right outside. The place was very clean and organised, and had a really nice atmosphere especially when the sun was shining. The dogs Coco and Molly were also so friendly and adorable! Molly came round one evening for a pets and scratches session. Highly recommended and will definitely be trying to come back again.

What a gem we discovered in the Cow Shed. An imaginative conversion with well considered furnishings and quality equipment. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

Fantastic place to stay and we’d definitely stay here again. Very clean and well stocked with amenities. The barn is on a farm which itself is lovely. Sheep and horses very friendly, as was Andrew :-).

Sharon was so helpful and friendly, providing easy instructions and and providing us with the basis which we thought was extremely thoughtful. The accommodation itself is surrounded in tranquility, yet close to local amenities and even a big Tesco! We most certainly recommend the pheasant plucker for dinner, and would recommended this stay to anyone.

A very roomy, characterful appartment for four people, although the beds are a bit on the small side. The place was clean, tidy and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The instructions from the host regarding finding the property wery very helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home was pristine clean, the hosts were were so friendly and genuine. The surrounding area was gorgeous and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the home. We will definitely be back!
