Ocean Edge is a fully equipped 2000 square foot home that sleeps 8. Additionally, Ocean Edge is located on an acre of land and the house is spacious, offering all the comforts of home.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
