Cosy cabin is exactly that, warm and cosy. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our stay in ounasvaara woods. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location in the middle of stunning walking trails. 5 min walk to a viewing point where we saw the northern lights. The cabin was equipped with everything needed for our 3 night stay, including sleds for the kids. Kaisa was a great host and very kind to allow us a late checkout.

Eveliina's house is super cozy. It has warm lights everywhere, it has all the kitchen utensils you might need, and even more than you need to stay a few days or a few weeks. The cleanliness surprised us, everything was absolutely spotless and shiny. We loved it. In addition, the neighborhood is close to Rovaniemi, the road is good and there are very nice walks and paths in the surroundings. Also, it's a very quiet area to rest. The temperature of the house in the middle of winter was very cozy. There is a parking space reserved for your accommodation and it is next to the house. Everything has been very good and I would recommend anyone to stay at Eveliina's. Plus, she's always available and takes very little time to respond when you write to her. Everything was great.

Good morning It is a cottage in the heart of nature. That's what we liked. Being away from hotels and hotel complexes and in the middle of nature. The cottage is well-equipped, functional and the sleds available for children are a real plus. Thank you. We made some great memories.

Staying in this 2-bedroom apartment was the best decision for our Lapland trip. It’s surrounded by gorgeous scenery, and the quiet location let us truly disconnect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We’ll be back!

Beautiful place with views of the frozen lake from the beds, as soon as we arrived we were able to enjoy a very pleasant sauna. Quite isolated but perfect for being in nature.

The place is as described, despite "grandma style" everything was very neat, tidy and clean, the house offers plenty of space and a lot of toys for children. There are new mattress toppers and new bedding, very warm and good. The kitchen has incredibly good amenities. We enjoyed the bath and sauna. We were very satisfied! Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi.

A clean log cabin with nice amenities. Remember that there is no AC, which might become an issue during late summer. Great communication, we felt that our questions and issues were important to them. Great value for the money.

Enjoy the silence! Florian communicates clearly and shares a home equipped with everything you need and he says. Had a great stay, loved the quiet and seeing aurora from the terrace. Also enjoyed walking to sauna by the river, and into town, seeing aurora along the way. Very Finnish experience. Want to come back!

Everything is perfect, the location is great if you come by bus, as the stop is behind the accommodation. There is also a Lidl in front. You can walk to any place in Kemijärvi.

This place is extremely close to Santa's village! Iit was super easy to find even for us who arrived around 9pm already dark but easy to get in. All looks new and shinny. I totally recommend this house, patio view is amazing!

Really great new high quality apartment in a great location! Completely exceeded expectations. A true Ski-In, direct access to the hill and take the elevator to the ski storage. Views of the hillside and hot tub were seen aurora borealis. Big testimonials!

Kari was a wonderful host, communicative, friendly and helpful. He waited for us late in the night and was extremely accommodating. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and is on the ground floor. His attention to detail was much appreciated especially with the Christmas decorations in the apartment and the welcome chocolates. I wish him all the best and would recommend this cost effective place to anyone wanting to visit Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus village.

This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.
