In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5 km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy little swimming area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.

In a beautiful cultural-historical house from the 18th century on the Schramska farm in central Östhammar you will find the attendance floor. The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.

Five minutes walk to the swimming cliffs of Tallparken and one minute walk to the restaurants and taverns around the harbour.
