Kouvolan keskustaan on matkaa n. 6km, mutta kaikki Korian palvelut ovat vain muutaman sadan metrin etäisyydellä. (mm. ruokakaupat, pub, pizzeria, linja-autopysäkit ja junaseisake.) Huoneistossa voi majoittua max 4hlö, sänkyinä parisänky ja vuodesohva. Asunto sijaitsee hissittömän talon ensimmäisessä asuinkerroksessa. Oma parkkipaikka sisältyy.
