Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a glazed balcony, a portable air conditioner and a large bathroom with a washing machine. The seventh floor has a magnificent roof terrace with stunning views over the rooftops. The roof terrace is shared by all the residents of the house.

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay comfortably both on a business trip and when escaping a pipe renovation. Transportation connections in this apartment are excellent: by car, there is a quick connection to the highways, Tampere city center is about 20 minutes and Tays is about 12 minutes away. The bus runs in front of the house in the direction of Tampere city center. This brand new apartment is all yours!
