Waterfront vacation rentals in Kathu District

Me and my wife stayed in Patong 14 nights. 7 at this place and 7 at a different unit in the building. All I can say is I wish I booked this place for our entire 14 night stay. Wow, just wow. Pictures dont do a justice for this place. This was a 5 star hotel experience. The second we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. Looked like recently fully renovated unit. Squeeky clean place top to bottom. Functioning and practical layout. Whether you are in bed, on sofa, or eating, you are always looking at the sea view. Nice big bathroom with great shower, ice cold AC, full kitchen, good wifi. Fridge was stocked with beer, water, all kind of pop. Bathroom had soft towels, robes, slippers, soaps, toothbrushes. Balcony was huge and the egg/chair is great for relaxing and watching sunset. Natalia made this a home away from home for us. She helped us with early check in and let us drop off our lugage early in the morning while we had an overlap with our other air bnb. Will be back!

Amazing place super central killer views and most importantly very private

Thank you for the lovely stay at The Rock Condominium. The accommodation was really nice! you guys pay attention to each and every detail.. we loved how close it was to the beach and all the activities. We also really appreciated the fast answers and the good assistance of the Rock group it made everything so much easier for us. Thanks again! 😊

Great stay. Host was always responsive when anything came up and was super helpful, this was much appreciated. The location is great, walk to the beach and the apartment does a shuttle directly to the beach, this was great. Near restaurants and Muay Thai gyms etc 3 different pools to choose from, a restaurant on site and medical centre. The place had everything you need, with short walks to pharmacies and 7/11. Pleasant stay 😁

Great property feels just like home. Kitchen is superbly equipped with all kind of appliances and cutleries. Location is great and view is increadible. 7 / 11 is just next door and lots massage and restaurants also nearby. Mikael is a great host and super responsive. Cleaning service is excellent. The cleaning staff is downstairs every morning always ready to help. Excellent swimming pool and safe environment. Thanks to Mikael ❤️ Me and my family loved it.

Yao was a very attentive host who was responsive to our needs. The place itself is a great space, situated about 10 minutes away from the main Patong strip. It offers the right amount of accessibility to such areas whilst being far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very spacious apartment. When checking in, just be mindful that you'll likely be taking your taxi to the 'Baycliff Residence' which is the drop off point, however you won't necessarily be staying in that place. The entrance is on the left side (if facing the Baycliff in front of you). I would definitely return. Thanks Yao

Appartamento da paura ( in senso positivo ) , molto pulito e aver l’accesso in più piscine e qualcosa di spettacolare! Yulia è sempre disponibile in qualunque ora e in qualunque momento, peccato che non ci siamo visti, ma per tutte le volte che abbiamo domandato qualcosa ci è sempre stata d’aiuto! Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Logement parfait bon rapport qualité prix. La vie est juste incroyable encore plus magnifique en vrai que sur les photos. Logement très propre, ainsi que l’accueil au top! On entend un peu le son le soir au vu de la proximité avec la rue Bangla, R On rentre assez tard, ça nous a pas dérangé si vous êtes des couches tôt, peut-être prévoir des bouchons d’oreille .

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Such a nice staying and nice place

Had a great stay at Lucinda's place. Both Lucinda and Phum were very helpful and the apartment is as described. The location is great - it is quiet and still very close to the peak tourist spots when you want to access those. The resorts amenities are well mantained and restaurant is a pretty good choice when you don't want to venture out. Lucinda's guidebook with the instructions and reccomendations was very helpful. The massage place she reccomended is easily one of the best massages in town and very well priced! Phum was always there whenever we needed anything and provides great scooter rentals as well. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks Lucinda and Phum!

Nice apartment, big balcony with forest view. Enoungh space for work and entertainment. Green territory. Nice and cozy place. Long distance to the sea (walking) could be the only disadvantage.

The host was fantastic with his clear and prompt communication. The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. The location was also good. Easy to walk to all attractions. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying here.
