Vacation rentals with beach access in Kathu District

A great place to stay with family or chill holiday. I came here with my parents and was such a lovely place. Clean, modern and reasonably priced. Only twenty minutes for patong if you want to go for drinks but Kamala less than a ten minute walk for dinner. Would recommend

I had a great stay overall! The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The apartment is cozy and well-suited for 1–2 people. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness, it wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected. That said, everything else was comfortable and functional. Would recommend for short stays!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place. The host was amazing. While on the trip my mom got sick and had to rush to the hospital. They were so helpful and responsive and allowed us to keep our bags there, until I made arrangements to get them. Will recommend this location!

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a fantastic weekend! The pictures truly don’t do the place justice — the view is absolutely stunning and the house is incredibly spacious. The location is perfect: close enough to all of Patong’s main attractions, yet far enough to avoid the noise. There could be other noisy renters on the properties next door, but we didn't face the issue. Highly recommend!

Prapa and her flat were amazing! We got everything that we need. She was always very responsive with quick replies. Location is very central, in the heart of Pa tong Beach. I would stay again if I come to Pa tong next time!

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Dev was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful, even accommodating my last-minute booking and late check-in with ease. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and Bangla Road, with all essentials available on the next street. A big bonus: there’s a drinking water dispenser (paid) and two restaurants right downstairs. The apartment was exactly as shown—clean, comfortable, and inviting. I’d definitely love to come back and stay again!

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
