Vacation rentals with a pool in Kathu District

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool was bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The apartment's location was also a major highlight, providing easy access to many attractions. Everything about this space felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. We booked this villa for our family of 12. We absolutely loved the villa! Immaculate place and very friendly and responsive staff. They made us feel very welcomed and were accomodating to our requests at a timely manner. The breakfast was delicious and they gave great recommendations on activities. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches. The pool was nice and clean. There were many outdoor lounges/seating areas. From the beginning of our booking to our check-out we were well looked after. Highly Recommended! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing place. Pictures don’t do justice. Place is huge. It’s great you get all the good things you would with an Airbnb but also with the percs of a luxury hotel with the room service, food, rides etc

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Honestly, this place is amazing. I would certainly stay here again and I plan to in the future. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind and cool. They gave us tips on things to do and were very helpful. The place looks just like the photos and is super relaxing. It's in a gated community that felt very safe. Highly recommend this place!
