Monthly Rentals in Kata Beach, Karon

Jonathon’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in Phuket. He had arranged pick up and drop off from the airport for us which was included in our stay. From kitchen to the bedroom everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely like to comeback

Everything about my stay was great, from start to finish (19 nights), location, apartment, great location close to shops, restaurants and Kata beach, so peaceful place, i can relax after day out ,and most of all great communication with the host, thanks for having me 🙌🏻😊

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Paul is a great host. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have what you need! The space is located in a great location right near Kata beach and pretty comfortable. I didn’t cook in the space but the kitchen had most things. I would stick to very simple meals as it wasn’t elaborately stocked with all utensils etc. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building where you can get breakfast and they have daily specials for dinner.
