This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and a jetty with a wood-fired hot tub for 5 people. Perfect even for winter swimming! The view out over the lake is amazing! The cottage is 42 km v with 2 sleeping lofts, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the terrace which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun chairs. This is a quiet, nature-laden accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

It is ~ 1,5 km to E18 and 300 m walk to bus stop. The accommodation has a fridge, hotplate, coffee maker, microwave etc. Breakfast and basic ingredients are available for your own cooking. Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and carbonated drink upon arrival. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne Sommerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Guest cottage 35 m2, near E18. Simple accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen. Two beds plus a sofa bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other. Toilet and shower. Close to residential building. For rent by the night or by the week. The nearest grocery store is located in Skattkärr, Karlstad or Kristinehamn. There are, however, basic products available at the service station, OKQ8, in Väse. They are open until 23.00 on weekdays and until 22.00 during the weekend. They also have a restaurant. Inside Väse you will find Räven Bistro, pizzeria and restaurant.

Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summertime there may be a control pool boat for rent, separate agreement is required for that.
