I almost wish I could keep this place a secret and not write a review so that people don't visit and the place remains hidden in the vast, beautiful and alive wilderness. But here I am. This is a place for peace lovers, sunset lovers and mother nature's devotees. the host couple are really warm and welcoming. great homecooked food. the view from the place is exceptional. 180 degree view of the snow clad mountains ( don't go in monsoon if you want to go for the snow clad mountain view). overall great experience. would love to stay here again.

Such an absolutely amazing stay with immense generosity and tremendous help whenever I needed it. Huge help arranging my taxi arrival from Delhi. Got in so late but was still greeted with care and kindness. The most incredible meals offered daily, made me feel like royalty. Beautiful surroundings for many miles, temples everywhere, bustling energy of the town but still so much politeness and calm. Was directed to many great places and enjoyed many pleasant interactions with Ravi and everyone there at the home. Fully private entrance and space while having help close by. So highly recommend this stay to first time visitors to India, especially solo travelers. Have made awesome memories here and this stay helped make it extra special.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I loved every moment. It is true cottage located amidst tea estate. Simple exteriors belies elegantly done interiors. A very peaceful, quiet surrounding teeming with bird life. Bathroom , kitchenette, utensils were very clean. Bed linens were clean and fresh. Girish Ji, the caretaker is a wonderful and ever helpful person. Digvijay Ji, the host, is very responsive snd promptly responds to queries. I suggest guests to use the steps/ pathway which winds down through the estste all the way to the tea factory. On the whole a wonderful place
