You can rest with the whole family in this house with low ceilings. Important: No loud parties are strictly prohibited!! It is possible to rent a sauna (50€) for an additional fee. Hot tub as well for extra charge (60€). For the immersion barrel, it is necessary to say 24h in advance if there is a desire to use! The stairs both upstairs and downstairs have safety gates. Grill on the deck, charcoal please bring your own! Family people live in the same yard, about 50m away! We ask that you respect the quiet hours! Quiet hours 23:00-8:00!

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval old town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance.
