Lovely summer house at Røsnäs in the first place!

The cosy holiday home from 1923 is located in the first row to the Kalundborg fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea view. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several lovely view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with great views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 sleeping places. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the water with outdoor fireplace and furniture as well as lovely enclosed terrace behind the house with furniture and barbecue.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Terrace to the south/east and to the south/west. 500 meters to sand/pebble beach. Nearest supermarket etc. - about 6 km (Asnæs/Ordrup). Ordrup has a ice cream shop and the farm shop with cafe latte and vegetables. There is internet (fiber) in the summerhouse.
