Welcome home to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse! Each bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located on the second story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. This was a great spot! The house was very well equipped. It had everything you could need. We appreciated the bottled water, napkins, paper plates, and very nice coffee bar. My son loved the instruments. The host was very quick to respond to all questions. House was clean. It was hard to tell the setup of the house when we booked based on the photos, but there was a nice large living room downstairs by the kitchen plus the upstairs space is like a giant bedroom with the two beds and second living space area. Will definitely book again if we come back to visit my sister.

Booked this stay with another couple, and our two kids, on the property where the owners live. Location was close to town for shopping and restaurants, groceries. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the country, it was quiet and beautiful. Amenities were nice to enjoy such as fire pit, grill, and hot tub. Thanks again to our hostess Lindsay for making this work out for both families! We were comfortable and had fun. Pretty much anything we needed was there and available for our use 😊

This is our second time staying at Jason's place and we enjoyed our stay once again. The time we were presently surprised with new furniture and a different, more functional layout of the bedroom furniture. Kitchen is well stocked, private backyard (with fire pit) and clean. Neighborhood is nice and safe, easy access to all of Lima and UNOH. Best of all, we are able to bring our dog. For the price and such an amazing, communicative host; this property cannot be beat. We will definitely be back again the next time we are in Lima. Thanks Jason!!

Wife and I stayed two nights to get away from the kids. This place is super clean and looks just like the pictures. Weather wasn’t very good but silo and hot tub setup kept us dry. Now my wife wants that setup at home. Would definitely book again.

What a beautiful home and breath taking property. There is a book on the coffee table about the remodel of the home and barn. There was a lot of love and sweat that when into what it is now. The smell of fresh cut herbs greeted us when we walked through the door! Oh, and the whole family slept well in the comfortable beds. The decor is welcoming. There was a lovely couple working in the garden, by the barn, that cut some flowers for my grand daughter and brought them over to the house for her. She was so excited to display the bouquet on the table. I’m awful with names, but I believe they lived next door. My grand daughter is still talking about “the beautiful purple flowers”. ❤️ Jacinda was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back.
