Fantastic place. A nice spacious apartment and a spacious terrace with beautiful views. lots of hiking and cycling possibilities. Konstantinos was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We got delicious cherries from his garden!

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped as if you were at someone's home - great! The communication with the two was very pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

Wonderful place, recommended to rent bikes because it is very pleasant cycling in the area. Also within walking distance are nice restaurants. The garden is wonderful.

We were an elderly couple in May for 10 days as guests in Fotine's charming cottage. We can only confirm the many previous positive reviews. The cordiality and friendliness of our hosts, who spoiled us with their own rural products such as eggs, cakes and goat cheese, was impressive. The idyllic location in the middle of olive trees is beautiful, yet restaurants and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by car. We will be happy to come back!

Maria's house was very clean and welcoming. Everything was working very well. It is located in a beautiful area just outside the center and so you can park easily. For a couple with a car, I think it's the best!

The apartment was in a convenient location for our needs with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything modern and clean, beautiful lighting, well thought out. The bed was comfortable and the dedicated working space was perfect for a full workday.

Incredible hospitality, everything very representative of the photos, intimate atmosphere, hospitable hosts and worth the money. Very close to the center with access to everything. It had everything a guest needed in terms of personal hygiene and every detail was taken care of.

Great place. So is the communication with the owner. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking on public street. I'll definitely go for it again if I visit the city

Afroditi was always very responsive and as helpful as she could be. We had our toddler with us and it was a great surprise to find out she left some toys in the house which were a great addition to our time in her place!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kalamata! The location is fantastic—close to the Train Park Museum, 10 minutes from the port, and easy access to the center by walking or bus. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped. It features a comfortable living room, a small but fully stocked kitchen, a compact bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom, a small balcony, and even a parking spot if you have a car. The Wi-Fi was strong, making it perfect for remote work. On top of that, the apartment was spotlessly clean, which made it even more inviting and comfortable. Anna Maria, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Her thoughtful attention to detail really made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kalamata

Very proactive host. We enjoyed our stay in Kalamata.

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.

Mary was very gracious and met us at the apartment to show us around and answer any questions we had. The apartment was beautifully decorated and nicely equipped - having everything we needed during our time in Kalamata. Located in a very nice part of the city, not far from the sea and close to many shops and restaurants ... and steps away from a bakery that the best bougatsa I have ever tasted. We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! :)
