Place was very clean and specious for 1 bedroom. Host was responsive, though we didn’t communicate much because there was no need to. Great place. I would stay again.

Quiet and secure, it was the perfect location to be close to Disneyland and OC. 10min from the 5 Freeway and behind a private gate. Fully loaded kitchen to support your longer stay, or just a comfortable cool place to hang your head for the night. Host responds incredibly quickly with all the information you could need for your stay. Would stay here again.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

The place was a great location; easy to find and convenient garage to park your car. We were a family of six with two cars and were able to park both cars in garage. Linens were clean. Spacious rooms.

Nice place overall. We didn't stay in much as we were in town for a wedding. Would have preferred to have a regular door separating the Master bedroom and nursery for privacy reasons. Otherwise, everything was great.

Jeannette's place was perfect for our family for the few weeks we were there. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The grocery store is in walking distance and the house had plenty of games to keep the whole family entertained. Jeannette is incredibly responsive and kind, we couldn't have asked for a better host!

we loved the place. Huge place for my family, alot of games for the kids, the house was basically supplied what with anything u need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Will definitely see myself coming back here and telling others that's forsure.

This home is full of charm and character. The tucked-away privacy, tasteful decor, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light made it an absolute joy to stay in. Just a 2-minute walk to a great coffee shop, 8 minutes to a shopping center, and a lovely 15-minute stroll to restaurants and boutiques—everything was so accessible. I would absolutely stay here again!”

I went on a personal retreat here for a week. Was great to be around nature while also being a 5 minute drive into town. Best of both worlds. Home had good energy and kitchen was stocked so I could cook. Would stay again.

Exactly what we needed. It’s a great little house where we felt at home, comfortable, and safe. I appreciate the comfortable beds and linens, spacious bathroom, and cozy living room. The location is convenient to everything we needed, and I especially like the garage parking. Nikiw was very responsive and helpful with a parking hiccup, and I appreciate how open they were to a small suggestion I made. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Monrovia.

This was an amazing place I am a super host / owner of many Airbnb from Las Vegas and this Airbnb was one of the most beautiful breath taking Airbnb that I have stayed in California I bought family to get away from the Las Vegas heat and this place hit the spot I will definitely return and will recommend to other future clients.

Denney was very helpful, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. His place is super clean with lots of linens available, all of the amenities such as dishes, silverware, pots & pans and furninshings were top notch. I have stayed in quite a few places through Airbnb and the towels and linens at Denney's were exceptional, all new, plentiful and matching, not just a jumble of leftovers from the back of someone's linen closet. Although an older unit, it was completely updated and the furniture and decor were very nice and uncluttered. It was a very nice condo to stay in and close to everything and place we needed to be during our stay.

We loved staying at Mandy’s place!! It was nice and easy to find. We loved how it was close to Target, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. The neighbors upstairs were a bit loud and there were landscapers out early in the morning but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!
