Vigneron & Artist Garden house in Junas with bikes

This ground and first floor garden apartment is the oldest part of our converted village farmhouse. It has fresh interiors with 100 m² of open living area, tastefully decorated with art and books, and a beautiful tadelakt shower room and 2 toilets downstairs. The rooms are stone and keep the cool, there are fans provided and a wood pellet stove for the winter. There is an outdoor coffee area and a BBQ in the garden. The swimming pool and garden are shared it has a small hotel feel.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Relax in this unique, quiet and fully equipped place. Located 30 minutes from Montpellier and 15 minutes from Nîmes, as well as 20 minutes from the sea. A private 10m² heated swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.
