Thank you for booking the full month, and I am starting the second project with many requests and support. We remodeled the old villa in the same building as 'Modni Sokcho Beach'. The first concept is rattan and wood tones that blend with the beach If you emphasized the lovely feeling, the theme of the second story is 'minimal'. Modernity that blends with the modular furniture that is popular these days, the gorgeous but calm colors of white, blue, and yellow, and the doors of the two rooms are all removed, so you can use the 20-pyeong space with a minimum number of people. The refreshing feeling that overwhelms you when you look at the green pine forest in the balcony space, and the view that is more pleasant and spacious than the first store is the same as that of the famous cafe Bosanova near Sokcho Beach. The first floor of the building is a guest accommodation. The accommodation has 3 rooms (3 toilets), a living room, a kitchen, and a multipurpose room. The room and living room/kitchen have individual cooling/heating, and each room is prepared with a bed. The kitchen is equipped with simple seasonings and various kitchen utensils, the living room has a round sofa and dining table, and the utility room has a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. You can enjoy a barbecue in the lawn garden, and right in front of you is Mulchi Stream facing the sea. Walk along the promenade next to the Mulchi Stream to reach Mulchi Beach. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake.
