Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. A flower in the city center, it responds with that flower.

Please take the time to feel the warmth and freshness in the combination of modern furniture that has been completed in the rafters of the hanok, which has been piled up over the years. L Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, following the purchase of a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add modern convenience while adding the elegance of Hanok, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmajeong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive) around Hwangnidan-gil. The use of the jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW for paid use.

서울의하루는 한옥을 만드는 호스트가 직접 지은 한옥을 호스팅하는 한옥전문 스테이입니다. 우연한 계기로 북촌에 한옥을 지어서 살아보니 남들에게 알려주고 싶은 장점이 많았습니다. 저처럼 평범한 사람들이 가진 한옥살이에 대한 막연한 꿈을 가까운 현실로 느끼길 바라는 마음으로 게스트들을 맞이하고자 합니다. 서울의하루 삼청동 집은 경복궁 청와대와 매우 가까운 서울의 중심부에 위치해있으며 15평의 아담한 크기입니다. 거실 하나 방 하나 아담한 주택으로 1-2인이 머무르기 적합합니다. 1936년에 지어진 집을 2019년에 제가 직접 고쳤습니다. 한국 전통 건축양식을 지킨 한옥이나 내부 공간은 입식생활이 가능하도록 현대적인 가구들을 배치하였습니다. 장기 투숙자를 위한 세탁기와 건조기 등 생활가전도 준비되어 있습니다. 여행자들에게 가장 중요한 것은 휴식이라 생각하고 침구류를 가장 신경쓰고 있습니다. 서울에 이런 곳도 있구나 나도 한옥 한번 살아볼까 하는 꿈을 이 곳에서 꾸길 바랍니다.
