This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. Mattress bedding is provided in the attic of the two-story loft structure. It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large flat road family gathering workshop. Only one team uses it. Enjoy barbecue (winter season, rainy season barbecue room) and campfire in the cozy garden. This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. Within 20 minutes, you can enjoy the mountains and river waters with five-colored hot springs and five-colored mountain excursions to Sole Beach and Naksan Beach.
